Setup

Creating Test Questions

To create questions for a test, simply select the Edit Questions menu on the main screen. When the questions screen opens, enter the questions that you want to appear on the test in the left column and the answers to each question in the right column. When you are done adding questions click on Save in the File menu.

To edit questions from a previously saved test, select Open from the File menu and select the test file to edit.

Saving a Test File

After creating new questions for a test or editing questions for a test, select Save from the File menu and then provide a name for your test file.

Operation

Opening a Test File

To open a test file, click Open under the File menu and select the test file that you want to use for testing.

Answer Selection

After a test has been opened and the questions have been loaded, use the drop down boxes to select the correct answer for each question.

Full Screen Selection

Right click on a drop down box to enter Full Screen Selection mode. This mode provides a full screen list of all of the remaining (i.e. unused) answers in the list and simulates the scratching off of used answers from a matching test. Each selected answer can also be viewed in aword wrapping box and the bottom of the screen.

Closing the dialog causes the selected answer to be passed back to original question on the main screen.

Randomizing Questions

Use Randomize to force the application to randomly reorder the questions so that the order becomes irrelevant.

Reversing Questions

Use Reverse to make the questions appear as the answers and the answers appear as the questions.

Test Grading

Once all of the answers have been completed, click the Grade button to see your test results.
